Ansvarsområden
- Manage daily operations of warehouse including receipt, storage, replenishment and delivery.
- Optimize warehouse space and storage layout for maximum efficiency.
- Motivate the team to achieve high productivity and quality standards while adhering to safety and compliance regulations.
- Ensure operations meet production line requirements and customer service levels.
- Control warehouse activities including general operations, safety, cleanness, security, and inventory control.
- Maintain and develop measurements to ensure all warehouse KPIs are met, e.g., Stock accuracy rate.
- Manage and control regular stock takes, ensuring inventory accuracy/integrity.
- Manage and control receipt/documents of all stock from suppliers.
- Work with 3PL suppliers to develop versatile functions for improving efficiency/effectiveness.
- Manage zones for damages, returns/rejections and report to key stakeholders.
- Provide regular warehouse operation KPI/Status reports to key stakeholders.
- Report any issues and proposals through operations.
- Prepare operation planning with the warehouse for peak periods.
- Manage hazards and chemicals under SHE rules and government policy.
- Arrange pick work for finished pumps and spare parts based on instructions from logistics specialists/planners.
- Ensure all orders are dispatched in a timely and efficient manner to meet service commitments.
- Cooperate with the buyer team to monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Analyze and monitor space utilization and optimization.
- Pre-alert the buyer and production team for shortage-risk items.
- Provide information, risk items, and recovery plans by analyzing and comparing with production plans and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate the material controller team to support physical counting for shortage-risk items raised from lines.
- Alert the production and buying team and handle variances properly to ensure production output.
- Investigate and diagnose material variances through PI counting, identify root causes, and implement preventative actions.
- Manage and control KANBAN resizing processes and maintain Kanban in SAP and Encompix.
- Manage replenishment processes and optimize material flow.
- Monitor inventory transaction exceptions within Encompix and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Support new production line builds and localization projects on the material flow process.
- Coordinate daily work with WH & Material Handler shift lead and other team leaders within operations.
- Share knowledge and experiences to improve team skills, provide guidance and instructions.
- Evaluate work capacity and allocate work.
- Jointly select the right people for key positions in warehouse and material control operations.
- Set KPI performance targets for warehouse/material controllers and improve performance.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree or above or work experience equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of experience working in warehouse and material management in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in automation activity in warehouse management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and practices (SAP & Encompix preferred).
- Intermediate English communication skills, both written and verbal.
