Electrolux Group seeks a Warehouse Operations Manager in Fletcher, NC to oversee spare part warehouse operations, planning, and procedures. This full-time role involves driving local harmonization with global blueprints and collaborating with OCM teams.

Ansvarsområden

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Electrolux spare part Warehouse Operation planning, management, movement, operations, procedures and workflows.
  • Plan, coordinate and manage overall Warehouse Operation team activities and cross-team coordination.
  • Participate and contribute to the development of an EluxOne Spares Blueprint as the Warehouse Operations Subject Matter Expert.
  • Drive and ensure local harmonization with the agreed solution.
  • Support and collaborate with OCM team members in communication, training, performance support, role design and organizational readiness matters for warehouse operations functions.
  • Support the OCM lead in stakeholder management activities.
  • Manage quality, issues, risks and expectations on an ongoing basis.
  • Provide regular status reports to other leads, stakeholders and the EluxOne Spares PMO.
  • Support Warehouse Operations functional and role mapping and design activities.
  • Help define and implement warehouse system and process improvements consistent with the EluxOne EWM Blueprint.
  • Escalate risks and issues to the EluxOne Spares PMO.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited 4-year university or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of operations management experience in a similar industry.
  • Working knowledge of distribution and supply chain processes.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven work experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong work ethic- self-motivated and results driven.
