Manage warehouse operations including receiving, inventory accuracy, and material movement. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, minimum ten years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office. The position involves supervising staff and managing departmental budgets.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage receiving employees and ensure accurate, timely material movements (receipts, inter-warehouse transfers, shipments, returns).
  • Manage material handling employees for timely movement of materials to assembly lines.
  • Manage inventory accuracy employees to support a cycle count program and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Manage the powered industrial vehicle program and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
  • Create and manage departmental budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate inventory planning and streamline material movement.
  • Perform supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraisal, and problem-solving.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field.
  • Minimum ten years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, production, shipping/receiving, or logistics for a manufacturing company.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence in English.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in English.
  • Ability to apply advanced concepts for problem-solving warehouse issues.
  • Ability to apply principles of logic or scientific thinking to a wide range of problems.
  • Ability to deal with visual inspections.
  • Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and use hands and reach with hands and arms.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
