Ansvarsområden
- Perform manual handling of heavy stock, receiving goods with accuracy, picking and packing orders for customers.
- Keep accurate records of stock levels.
- Work with or around heavy machinery, such as Forklift trucks, counterbalance, pump trucks, to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service when dealing with customers at Click & Collect areas.
- Supervise daily operations and assign areas of responsibility for the team.
- Identify and act on improvement potentials and ensure that daily routines are followed.
Krav
- Previous experience coordinating a team in a warehouse environment.
- Motivation to manage tasks confidently in a demanding environment.
- Ability to prioritise and organise yours and others workloads swiftly and with attention to detail.
- Experience in utilising technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older due to health and safety compliance.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience with Forklift trucks, counterbalance, and pump trucks.
Förmåner
- Starting salary of £33,500 per annum, based on competence and experience.
- 39 Hours working 5 days per week.
- Nightshift allowance of £2.25 per hour applicable between 22:00 and 06:00.
