IKEA is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Warehouse Co-worker for their Marsden Park, NSW location. Ansvarsområden

  • Picking, packing, and checking of products for in-store and online customer orders.
  • Replenishing assigned areas to maintain stock levels and meet customer needs.
  • Ensuring adherence to IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for safety.
  • Operating different types of forklifts and machines for fulfilment operations.
  • Storing, retrieving, replenishing, and transporting stock within the warehouse.
  • Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks as required.

Krav

  • Passion for optimising supply chain and fulfilment operations.
  • Strong teamwork and ability to work independently.
  • Energetic approach with the ability to be on your feet all day.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Safe mindset and comfort with physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting.
  • Availability to work 3 out of every 4 weekends, including both Saturday and Sunday.
  • Willingness to maintain availability throughout the peak trading period (November to January).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with different types of forklifts and machines is advantageous.

Förmåner

  • $28.31 per hour base rate (Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 6:00pm).
  • $42.47 per hour Sunday rate (9:00am to 11:00pm), plus above-award pay and applicable penalty rates.
