We are looking for a Warehouse Co-worker in Tacoma, Washington, to handle daily operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and storing goods. This full-time, on-site role requires at least one year of related experience and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Ansvarsområden

Manage picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment and storing of goods.
Contribute ideas and inputs to the agreed goals of the action plan in daily work.
Effectively unload and handle inbound/outbound goods.
Secure merchandise properly for safe movement.
Contribute to overall warehouse operations goals setting and implementation of local business plans.
Analyze existing workload to secure daily volume handling and meet seasonal fluctuation needs.
Remove and properly document all damages found or caused on inbound/outbound merchandise.
Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects assigned.

Krav

Minimum 1 year of related experience.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./30kgs ergonomically.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Fluent in English and local language, both written and spoken.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Previous warehouse and forklift experience is preferred, but not required.
