I korthet

We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate II in Indianapolis, IN, to support customer orders through precise picking and packing. Responsibilities include managing inventory, loading/unloading goods, and ensuring efficient material flow, contributing to customer satisfaction and organizational growth.

Ansvarsområden

  • Pick material/finished goods from the warehouse according to production orders.
  • Load and unload goods, while verifying quantities and packaging integrity.
  • Handle incoming inspection activities (GRI) and non-conformity reporting to source.
  • Control inventory levels and conduct cycle counts for accuracy.
  • Organize stock efficiently and manage the flow of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
  • Execute production tasks in alignment with ALPS standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Krav

  • Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Adept at using computers and WMS technology.
