Atlas Copco is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate in Rock Hill, SC. This role is responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, order fulfillment, and shipping. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment and a High School Diploma or GED.

Ansvarsområden

  • Perform manual and automated tasks for receipt, storage, order fulfillment, and shipment of products.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through careful accounting and documentation.
  • Execute order fulfillment steps accurately from picking to shipping transaction processing.
  • Perform quality checks on own work and the work of others.
  • Utilize shipping systems (UPS Worldship/FEDEX) for domestic and international orders.
  • Interact with internal customers to resolve issues.
  • Contribute to warehouse safety, quality, and productivity by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
  • Comply with all warehouse processes and safety rules.
  • Work on special projects and other duties as assigned.

Krav

  • Ability to effectively perform all steps of the order fulfilment process.
  • Ability to investigate inventory or order fulfilment issues to determine root-cause and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • High level of detail-orientation with the ability to perform quality checks.
  • Prior experience utilizing UPS Worldship/FEDEX and other shipping systems.
  • Good math aptitude (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Strong aptitude for learning; ability to rapidly learn products and systems.
  • Flexibility and ability to handle the pressure of a fast-paced and diverse work environment.
  • Ability to lift to 65 lbs., bend, twist, walk, stand for extended periods of time, and reach frequently.
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Working knowledge and proficiency in inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office 365 is preferred.
  • Experience with lean methodology a plus.
  • Forklift certifications preferred.
  • Prior experience operating a cherry picker and/or other warehouse equipment preferred.
  • Ability to maneuver and handle specialized/hazardous products (such as oil and chemicals).
