Alfa Laval is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Bhamboli to manage inbound and outbound material flow, ensuring timely processing and customer satisfaction. This full-time role requires 3-7 years of experience in warehouse operations, including inventory management, documentation, and coordination, with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage inward and dispatch of material by optimizing resources.
  • Verify materials, prepare GRN, and manage inward clearance for QC/Put away.
  • Update inward and put away part statuses.
  • Handle sales returns information and report deviations.
  • Ensure administration of undelivered consignments and follow up on on-time delivery.
  • Maintain correctness of stock items in the Distribution Center (DC) through daily verification and analysis.
  • Monitor and act on SM/NM lists, and remove NM/write-offs from stock.
  • Monitor inbound performance KPIs and communicate performance to suppliers.
  • Create invoices for local, export, and out-n-out shipments.
  • Manage GST, E-waybill, and legal knowledge related to dispatch and transport.
  • Coordinate with O2C, DC team, and transport providers for timely dispatch.
  • Book export shipments with nominated forwarders and manage related documentation.
  • Update service providers' freight logs and LR tracking.
  • Maintain records for audit and traceability, ensuring zero errors in invoice creation.

Krav

  • Warehouse exposure is mandatory.
  • 3-7 years of experience in handling inbound & outbound activity including Documentation, co-ordination, logistics etc.
  • Good at Excel and understanding/using ERP systems.
  • Multitasking, fast learner, and good communication skills (written and verbal).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Graduate/Diploma in Foreign trade will be an added advantage.
  • Any graduate, post-graduation or qualification in Foreign Trade would be an added advantage.
  • Behavioral/Leadership Skills are considered.
  • Pymetrics assessments upon application.
