Electrolux seeks an experienced VP Group Treasury to join us on that mission.

About the role:

The Group Treasury function supports the development of the Electrolux Group by ensuring optimal funding, liquidity management, and financial risk management at the desired risk level. The role operates within Group Finance, headed by the CFO, and plays a critical role in enabling strategic and operational objectives across the Group.

Your responsibilities:

As VP Group Treasury, you will report to the CFO and lead the global treasury organization. You will ensure best‑practice treasury operations, strong governance, and effective business partnership across a complex, international organization.

Concretely, you will:

  • Lead and develop the global Group Treasury function and its leadership team
  • Formulate and implement treasury policies covering liquidity, funding, FX, and financial risk management
  • Ensure compliance with approved treasury policies, group directives, and regulatory frameworks
  • Ensure proactive refinancing risk management
  • Ensure optimal intercompany funding structures, cash management, and hedging activities
  • Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions and oversee financing arrangements
  • Manage the relationship with the rating institute
  • Provide complete, timely, and insightful treasury reporting to the CFO, Executive Team, and Board as well as to external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the broader CFO agenda and collaborate closely with tax, legal, corporate control, and Regions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Regions on treasury‑related matters

Organization & scope:

The Group Treasury organization consists of approximately 20 FTEs at the headquarters in Stockholm, with direct responsibility for Corporate Finance and Control, Market Operations, Global Cash Management, Group Credit and Working Capital Management.

Regional treasury centers in Brazil, the US, and Malaysia report locally with functional reporting to Group Treasury.

You have:

  • Extensive experience across treasury disciplines including cash management, capital markets, financing, FX, and working capital
  • A solid track record from a large, international company, spanning a diversity of country complexities; or a financial institution with equivalent complexity
  • A degree in administration, business or related field
  • A keen interest in the strategy and roadmap of the business you are partnering with
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to develop high‑performing teams
  • Strong collaboration, influencing, and negotiation skills in a global matrix environment
  • High ethical standards and sound professional judgment
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills

Languages:

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Swedish is a plus.
