As a Visual Merchandising/Activity Manager, you will lead a team to create inspiring and commercial range presentations that enhance the customer shopping experience. This role requires a passion for home furnishing design and a strong visual sense to ensure high-quality presentation solutions.

Ansvarsområden

  • Present and communicate the IKEA home furnishing offer with strong visual impressions.
  • Lead a team of Visual Merchandising/Activity Co-workers in creating range presentation solutions.
  • Use the layout as a commercial tool and execute range presentation solutions with high quality, simplicity, cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Support the Com&In team in securing high quality carpentry and paintwork.
  • Use knowledge of people’s life at home, range presentation and the IKEA visual identity to present the product range.
  • Prioritize work to meet the needs and expectations of store visitors and minimize disruption.

Krav

  • Love customers and range presentation solutions.
  • Passionate about working in a fast-paced, future-oriented retailing, home furnishing, design.
  • Experience in working as a visual merchandiser.
  • Possess a design-based education.
  • Proven success in managing and leading creative processes.
  • Visual competence with a keen eye for aesthetics.
