IKEA Barkarby seeks a creative and experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to lead a team of 10 Visual Merchandisers. The role involves both strategic and operational responsibilities, focusing on creating excellent shopping experiences and adapting visual presentations. A passion for home furnishing, trends, and leadership is required, along with fluency in Swedish and/or English.

Ansvarsområden

  • Contribute to solutions throughout the store that ensure an excellent shopping experience for IKEA customers
  • Plan and implement strong visual presentations adapted to the store layout
  • Drive the commercial calendar and work with store design and planning
  • Ensure drawings, planning processes, timelines, and budgets are in place and followed
  • Develop and lead your team through collaboration, encouragement and strong communication
  • Work closely with other functions such as Sales, Logistics and Customer Experience
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends through market and brand research

Krav

  • Education and/or experience in Visual Merchandising
  • Leadership experience within retail
  • Visionary mindset
  • Strong interest in trends
  • Courage to stand out
  • Curiosity about finding new ways to meet and engage customers across both digital and physical channels
  • Fluent in Swedish and/or English
