- Senior leadership experience within power generation, energy systems, critical power, or infrastructure related to the data center industry.
- Experience leading business growth, transformation, or market expansion initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience with business and financial accountability.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Experience leading and developing international teams.
- Collaborative, curious, and able to create engagement around a common direction.
