IKEA Gwangmyeong is seeking a Unit People & Culture Generalist to enhance co-worker experience and support business success through people operations. This role involves executing HR tasks, talent acquisition, learning & development, and ensuring well-being and strong labor relations. The ideal candidate has proven HR experience, knowledge of employment legislation, and a passion for people development.

Ansvarsområden

  • Execute operational People & Culture tasks at unit level to deliver an excellent co-worker experience.
  • Support local business competence and performance by setting and working on relevant People goals.
  • Ensure recruitment and onboarding of the right talents in collaboration with the Unit P&C Manager and People Planning specialist.
  • Ensure and execute delivery of learning & training at unit level.
  • Secure engagement and retention by understanding co-worker conditions.
  • Implement Health and Wellbeing initiatives at unit level.
  • Ensure local employer communication is consistent, well-perceived, and builds on the IKEA brand.
  • Implement a co-worker relations plan that manages local interactions and upholds local policies, procedures, and laws.

  • Experience engaging, onboarding, developing, and managing co-worker performance throughout the entire co-worker journey.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation, labor relations, and working with trade unions and government authorities.
  • Experience implementing long-term people plans while managing budgets and achieving business goals.
  • Understands the IKEA vision, values, and corporate identity and represents them in daily work.
  • Takes ownership, shows initiative, and is motivated to continuously improve both people and business performance.
  • Proven Human Resources experience with a successful track record of developing people and organizations.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience working in a global matrix organization is an advantage.
  • Participating in global projects is an advantage.
  • Understanding the INGKA/IKEA matrix is an advantage.
