Krav

  • University degree and 3+ years of HR experience, or 5+ years of related professional experience.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify challenges and develop solutions.
  • Flexibility to work between Mississauga and Hamilton locations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset aligned with IKEA's values.
  • Experience supporting HR processes, systems, and change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation for travel between work locations.
