Ansvarsområden
- Act as a trusted advisor to line managers for implementing business and people plans.
- Ensure consistency in the application of all people processes for a great co-worker experience.
- Enable inclusive talent management and continuous development of local leadership.
- Support people aspects related to Transformation and act as an ambassador for standardization and change.
- Serve as the guardian of IKEA Culture & Values, acting as the voice of the co-worker and safeguarding co-worker experience.
Krav
- A university degree and 3+ years of HR experience, or 5+ years of related professional experience.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify challenges, take initiative, and develop solutions.
- Flexibility to work 2 weekend days throughout the month.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and support leaders and co-workers.
- A collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset that aligns with IKEA's values and people-first culture.
- Experience supporting HR processes, systems, and change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
