IKEA is seeking a Unit P&C Business Partner I in Edmonton, Alberta. This full-time, on-site role involves advising line managers on people plans, supporting HR processes, and championing IKEA's culture and values. Requires a university degree and 3+ years of HR experience or 5+ years of related professional experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Act as a trusted advisor to line managers for implementing business and people plans.
  • Ensure consistency in the application of all people processes for a great co-worker experience.
  • Enable inclusive talent management and continuous development of local leadership.
  • Support people aspects related to Transformation and act as an ambassador for standardization and change.
  • Serve as the guardian of IKEA Culture & Values, acting as the voice of the co-worker and safeguarding co-worker experience.

Krav

  • A university degree and 3+ years of HR experience, or 5+ years of related professional experience.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify challenges, take initiative, and develop solutions.
  • Flexibility to work 2 weekend days throughout the month.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and support leaders and co-workers.
  • A collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset that aligns with IKEA's values and people-first culture.
  • Experience supporting HR processes, systems, and change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
