As a Unit P&C Business Partner I for a 6-month term, you will be a trusted advisor to line managers, supporting HR processes and implementing people plans to achieve operational goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency in people processes, enable inclusive talent management, and act as a guardian of IKEA's culture and values.

Ansvarsområden

  • Act as a trusted advisor to line managers to implement unit business and people plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency in the application of people processes.
  • Enable inclusive talent management and continuous development of local leadership capabilities.
  • Support people aspects related to transformation in the unit and champion standardization and change.
  • Uphold IKEA Culture & Values, acting as the voice of the co-worker and ensuring a great place to work.

Krav

  • A university degree and 2+ years of HR experience, or 5+ years of related professional experience.
  • Flexibility to work between Mississauga and Hamilton locations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence, coach, and support leaders and co-workers.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset aligned with IKEA's values.
  • Experience supporting HR processes, systems, and change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Initial training will take place at our CDC Mississauga location.
