IKEA Reading seeks a Unit Business Risk & Compliance Leader to manage safety and security, mitigate risks, and foster a healthy work environment. This full-time, on-site role requires retail management experience with a focus on loss prevention and strong leadership skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Promote loss prevention within the unit, sharing expertise to develop risk-aware decision-making.
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders to analyze root causes and minimize business loss from accidents and claims.
  • Ensure implementation and follow-through of IKEA rules and local legislation through coaching.
  • Support the unit with knowledge of Group S&S Rules to create a risk & compliance culture.
  • Implement the BR&C agenda locally, including KPI analysis of incidents.
  • Act as a point of contact for the unit regarding Risk & Compliance matters with local authorities.
  • Work with the Area BR&C Leader on KPI analysis to ensure a safe working environment and identify training needs.

Krav

  • Experience in retail management with a working understanding of loss prevention.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to make well-balanced decisions in a fast-paced omni-channel environment.
  • Skilled communicator with good stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to set clear priorities and delegate responsibility.
  • Ability to assess and mitigate risks in a business environment.
  • Proficient analytical skills for understanding performance tracking using KPIs.
  • Leadership skills to inspire, motivate, encourage, and engage co-workers and the management team.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in creating an open and collaborative culture built on shared motivation and accountability.

Förmåner

  • Starting salary of £32,000 per annum.
  • Domestic relocation support can be discussed for internal candidates.
  • 39 Hours, working 5 days per week, including alternate weekends.
