Ansvarsområden
- Promote risk management in the unit and develop risk-aware decision-making.
- Support co-workers by providing expertise on Ingka Rules and local legislation to ensure a safe environment.
- Promote and ensure completion of necessary trainings to meet IKEA's risk appetite.
- Support Risk & Compliance culture by developing leadership and conscious approach in identifying and implementing systems to detect, analyze, and reduce business loss and prevent incidents.
- Ensure reporting of relevant figures for incidents to establish progress and areas for improvement.
Krav
- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
