Alstom is seeking a Troubleshooter Technician in Prague to perform troubleshooting, investigation, and repair of mobility solutions. The role involves carrying out fleet checks, reporting deviations, supporting operations, and ensuring EHS compliance. A technical certification or undergraduate degree in mechanical or electrical/electronics is required, along with minimum IT knowledge and experience in technical troubleshooting and field operations.

Ansvarsområden

Carry out Troubleshooting during PI period, Pre-warranty & Commissioning, including investigation and repair.
Perform Fleet check activities.
Report and register any deviation (failure/event) in the Failure Management database, including configuration data.
Support the operation helpdesk.
Apply and enforce Alstom & customer EHS & security rules and relevant PI processes on customer site.
Execute test & troubleshooting procedures to evaluate system performance and perform failure analysis on parts.
Support Implementation Field Modifications (FM operator), if required.
Support specific technical investigations by Engineering or internal/external Suppliers.
Recommend preventative and corrective actions.
Instruct and direct operators in field modification and repairs if needed.
Advise PI management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product enhancements.
Ensure good information flow about interventions & operations within Troubleshooting to support shift transition, if needed.
Lead Troubleshooter team, if needed.
Conduct peer reviews of PI activities and provide technical leadership if requested.

Krav

Certified Technician or Undergraduate in technical area (mechanical or electrical/electronics).
Minimum IT knowledge.
Internal EHS training.
Technical troubleshooting/investigation/testing experience (electrical / electronic) (5 years for Senior position).
Field Experience (5 years for Senior position).
EHS knowledge and exposure.
Product knowledge.
Self-government.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Graduate in technical area (mechanical or electrical/electronics).
English language proficiency.
Railway Safety/Product liability knowledge.
Engineering knowledge.
Customer contact experience.
