Amazon is seeking a Transportation Specialist for its Quick Commerce operations in Hyderabad. This role involves real-time monitoring of fulfillment and delivery processes, identifying and resolving operational exceptions, and tracking key performance metrics to ensure timely customer service. The ideal candidate has 0-2 years of experience in operations or logistics and possesses strong analytical and communication skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Monitor in-store fulfillment operations (order acceptance, picking, packing, staging) and last-mile delivery (DP assignment, transit, delivery) in real time.
  • Identify and resolve operational exceptions such as delayed orders, capacity gaps, quality drops, connectivity issues, and delivery failures.
  • Track key performance metrics (On-Time Performance, Delivery Success Rate, Pick Efficiency) and escalate deviations.
  • Coordinate with field teams, logistics partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues within SLA.
  • Manage Delivery Partner capacity by monitoring acceptance rates, releasing additional slots, and escalating shortfalls.
  • Support Amazon Fresh, SSD, and Amazon Now (Quick Commerce) businesses.
  • Act as a Command-and-Control center for GSF operations.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics.
  • Experience with Excel.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or customer service.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and act on real-time data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, or last-mile logistics.
  • Familiarity with fulfillment center or MFCs operations.
  • Exposure to real-time monitoring tools or Control tower environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
