I korthet

As a Transportation Specialist for Amazon Now's Quick Commerce operations in Hyderabad, you will monitor and resolve real-time fulfillment and delivery exceptions, track key performance metrics, and coordinate with various stakeholders. This role requires a bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field, experience with Excel and SQL, and 0-2 years of operational or logistics experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Monitor in-store fulfillment operations (order acceptance, picking, packing, staging) and last-mile delivery (DP assignment, transit, delivery) in real time
  • Identify and resolve operational exceptions such as delayed orders, capacity gaps, quality drops, connectivity issues, and delivery failures
  • Track key performance metrics like On-Time Performance, Delivery Success Rate, and Pick Efficiency, escalating deviations as needed
  • Coordinate with field teams, logistics partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues within SLA
  • Manage Delivery Partner capacity by monitoring acceptance rates, releasing additional slots, and escalating shortfalls

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field (e.g., computer science, engineering, statistics)
  • Experience with Excel
  • Experience with SQL
  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or customer service
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and act on real-time data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, or last-mile logistics
  • Familiarity with fulfillment center or MFCs operations
  • Exposure to real-time monitoring tools or Control tower environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
