The EU Transportation team seeks a Transportation Specialist in Hyderabad to ensure timely and cost-effective package delivery. This role involves managing logistics providers, resolving issues, analyzing data with tools like Excel and SQL, and driving process improvements to enhance customer experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Facilitate information flow between carriers, hubs, warehouses, and internal teams (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
  • Resolve issues impacting customer experience and business continuity by researching internal tools and making real-time decisions.
  • Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers.
  • Develop and understand performance metrics to drive business results.
  • Scope business and functional requirements for Amazon technology teams.
  • Systematically escalate problems and follow through on resolutions.
  • Work within critical business time constraints.
  • Create narratives outlining weekly findings and variances for review forums.
  • Provide real-time customer experience in a 24/7 operating environment.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field (e.g., computer science, engineering, statistics).
  • Experience with Excel.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Basic understanding of Logistics.
  • Clear written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, notice trends, and drive Customer Experience.
  • Zeal to drive process improvements to conclusion.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Ability to pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly understand the business impact of trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluent in English (speak, write, and read).
