Amazon is hiring a Transportation Specialist for the IN Channel Support Team to manage Network Loss Recoveries. Ansvarsområden

  • Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Operations, Finance).
  • Pull data from databases using Excel, SQL, and/or other data management systems for ad hoc reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and understand performance metrics to drive business results.
  • Make data-driven decisions and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs.
  • Create narratives outlining weekly findings and variances to goals, and present them in review forums.
  • Provide real-time stakeholder experience in a fast-paced operating environment.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, or statistics.
  • Experience with Excel.
  • Experience with SQL.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience using Excel and querying relational databases with SQL (or other query language).
  • Experience working with large complex data sets to design models and scenarios.
