Ansvarsområden

Facilitate information flow between stakeholders (Carriers, Vendors, Warehouses) and resolve issues impacting customer experience and business continuity.
Work in Outbound Operations, managing FC/Carrier/Carrier Hub relationships to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
Address potential issues during freight lifecycle from FC to customer premises.
Provide timely issue resolution by researching internal tools and making real-time decisions.
Analyze data, identify trends, and drive customer experience without compromising on time.
Communicate clearly in written and oral form.
Ideate and drive process improvements to conclusion.
Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
Pull data from databases using Excel for ad hoc reporting and analysis.
Develop and/or understand performance metrics to drive business results.
Quickly understand business impact of trends and make data-driven decisions.
Systematically escalate problems or variances to relevant owners and teams, and follow through on resolutions.
Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs.
Create narratives outlining weekly findings and variances, and present them in a review forum.
Provide real-time customer experience in a fast-paced operating environment.
Perform basic tasks such as track and trace, customer communications, ad hoc booking, and cancellation of additional trucks by analyzing volume patterns, and container management.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, or statistics.
Experience with Excel.
Basic understanding of Logistics.
Ability to communicate clearly in written and oral form.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with SQL.
Ability to pull data from databases using Excel to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed is a plus.
