The L2 associate serves as the main point of contact between Amazon and its delivery partners, addressing concerns, troubleshooting issues, and suggesting process improvements. Responsibilities include clear communication, efficient service delivery, managing sensitive cases, and meeting performance metrics.

Ansvarsområden

  • Act as the primary interface between Amazon and delivery partners.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve delivery partner issues.
  • Provide process improvement suggestions.
  • Communicate effectively in a clear and professional manner.
  • Provide/expedite prompt and efficient service to delivery partners.
  • Manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix.
  • Demonstrate excellent time-management skills.
  • Maintain or exceed targeted performance metrics.
  • Actively seek solutions and identify trends for process improvements.

Krav

  • Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings, or experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks.
  • Knowledge of Windows desktop environment and use of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc.
  • Experience in writing and editing with a strong command of grammar, punctuation and style.
  • Knowledge of working over the internet and successfully navigating websites.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers.
  • Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in logistics.
  • Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL.
