Ansvarsområden

  • Act as the primary interface between Amazon and delivery partners.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve delivery partner issues.
  • Provide process improvement suggestions.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally at all times.
  • Provide prompt and efficient service to delivery partners.
  • Manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix.
  • Demonstrate excellent time-management skills.
  • Maintain or exceed targeted performance metrics.
  • Seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends.

Krav

  • Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and correctly with all customers.
  • Good comprehension skills to understand and state customer issues.
  • Ability to concentrate without distraction to resolve customer issues.
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment and independently.
  • Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer.
  • Excellent typing skills.
  • Ability to successfully navigate websites.
  • Proficient knowledge of email applications.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Logistics background and experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Excel.
