L2 associates serve as the primary point of contact between Amazon and its delivery partners, addressing concerns, troubleshooting issues, and suggesting process improvements. Key responsibilities include effective communication, prompt service, case management, and meeting performance targets.

Ansvarsområden

  • Acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our delivery partners.
  • Troubleshoots delivery partner issues and provides process improvement suggestions.
  • Effectively communicates in a clear and professional manner at all times.
  • Provides/expedites prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers/delivery partners.
  • Manages sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix.
  • Demonstrates excellent time-management skills.
  • Maintains or exceeds targeted performance metrics.
  • Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and identifies trends to suggest process improvements.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Experience in oral and written communication.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
  • Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Windows desktop environment and use of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc.
  • Experience in writing and editing with a strong command of grammar, punctuation and style.
  • Knowledge of working over the internet and successfully navigating websites.
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in logistics.
  • Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL.
