The Network Operation Center is seeking a Transportation Representative for Amazon Logistics' Central Operations to support last-mile transportation programs. Responsibilities include managing configurations in Amazon tools, analyzing data, driving customer experience, and identifying process improvements. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, or business, and proficiency in Excel are required, with preferred experience in database querying (SQL, Access).

Ansvarsområden

Manage configurations in Amazon tools to ensure positive interaction between operators, third-party companies, and cross-functional teams.
Analyze data to understand trends and drive customer experience without compromising on time.
Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of freight from vendors to fulfillment centers and from fulfillment centers to carrier hubs.
Resolve exceptions in transportation and keep stakeholders informed.
Identify trends in network exceptions and automate processes or propose process changes.
Monitor the network and perform analysis of network data.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, or business, or an MBA
Experience in Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups)
