Amazon is seeking a Transportation Representative, AV for their Hyderabad Dev Center. This role involves facilitating information flow between stakeholders, resolving issues impacting customer experience, and driving process improvements within inbound and outbound operations.

Ansvarsområden

Facilitates flow of information between different stakeholders (Trans Carriers/Hubs/Warehouses).
Resolves any potential issues that impact customer experience and business continuity.
Works across two verticals – Inbound and Outbound operations.
Addresses any potential issues occurring during the lifecycle of pick-up to delivery for Inbound Operations.
Addresses any potential issues occurring during the lifecycle of freight leaving the FC and reaching customer premises for Outbound Operations.
Provides timely resolution to issues by researching and querying internal tools and taking real-time decisions.
Communicates with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
Develops and/or understands performance metrics to assist with driving business results.
Scopes out business and functional requirements for Amazon technology teams.
Quickly understands the business impact of trends and makes decisions based on available data.
Systematically escalates problems or variance to relevant owners and teams and follows through on resolutions.
Works within various time constraints to meet critical business needs.
Provides real-time customer experience by working in a 24x7 operating environment.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Ability to pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed is a plus.
Must be able to communicate clearly in written and oral form.
Should be able to ideate process improvements and have the zeal to drive them to conclusion.
Knowledge of SQL.
Knowledge of AI tools.
