I korthet

As a Transportation Representative at Amazon's TOC in Hyderabad, you will facilitate information flow between stakeholders, resolve issues impacting customer experience, and analyze data to drive business results. This role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. A Bachelor's degree and working knowledge of Excel are required.

Ansvarsområden

  • Facilitate flow of information between Trans Carriers/Hubs/Warehouses.
  • Resolve issues impacting customer experience and business continuity.
  • Address potential issues during the lifecycle of pick-up to delivery (Inbound) and freight leaving FC to customer premises (Outbound).
  • Provide timely issue resolution by researching and querying internal tools.
  • Analyze data, notice trends, and drive Customer Experience.
  • Communicate clearly in written and oral form.
  • Ideate and drive process improvements.
  • Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
  • Pull data from databases (Excel, Access, SQL) and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and understand performance metrics.
  • Scope business and functional requirements for Amazon technology teams.
  • Understand business impact of trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Systematically escalate problems or variance to relevant owners and follow through on resolutions.
  • Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs.
  • Create narratives outlining weekly findings and present them in a review forum.
  • Provide real-time customer experience in a 24/7 operating environment.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable speaking directly with North America based business customers.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to research and validate data accurately.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and basic data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven, 24/7 shift-based environment.
  • Ability to consistently meet productivity (Address ID volume) and quality (98%+) targets within defined time windows.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Familiarity with Geo Studio, SIM, or similar Amazon internal tools.
  • Experience working directly with external or business customers over phone or email.
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Exposure to QuickSight.
