Amazon's Network Operation Center (NOC) is seeking a Transportation Representative to facilitate freight movement and resolve exceptions within the supply chain. This role involves communication with internal and external stakeholders, data analysis, and process improvement to ensure timely deliveries and maintain customer experience.

Ansvarsområden

Facilitate flow of information between different stakeholders (Trans Carriers/Hubs/Warehouses).
Resolve potential issues impacting customer experience and business continuity.
Address potential issues occurring during the lifecycle of pick-up to delivery (Inbound Operations).
Address potential issues occurring during the lifecycle of freight leaving the FC and reaching customer premises (Outbound Operations).
Provide timely resolution by researching and querying internal tools and taking real-time decisions.
Ideate process improvements and drive them to conclusion.
Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
Systematically escalate problems or variance in information and data to relevant owners and teams, and follow through on resolutions.
Create a narrative outlining weekly findings and variances to goals, and present these findings in a review forum.
Provide real-time customer experience by working in a 24x7 operating environment.

Krav

10+2 or Bachelor’s degree.
12-24 months of work experience.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).
Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment.
Willing to work in night shift.
