As a Transportation Representative in the Network Operation Center (NOC), you will facilitate information flow between stakeholders and resolve issues impacting customer experience and business continuity. This role involves both inbound and outbound logistics operations, requiring strong communication and analytical skills.

Ansvarsområden

Facilitate information flow between external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
Systematically escalate problems or variance in information and data to relevant owners and teams, and follow through on resolutions.
Communicate findings and variances to goals, both verbally and in writing, in review forums.
Ideate process improvements and drive them to conclusion.

Krav

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience managing and/or coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivots, lookups, etc.).
Basic understanding of Logistics.
Clear written and oral communication skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Master's degree or equivalent in operations research, applied mathematics, theoretical computer science, or equivalent.
Experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate.
