As a Transportation Representative in Amazon's Network Operation Center (NOC), you will facilitate communication between stakeholders, resolve transportation exceptions, and contribute to process improvements. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with a basic understanding of logistics, to ensure timely and efficient movement of freight.

Ansvarsområden

Facilitate flow of information between external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
Systematically escalate problems or variance in information and data to relevant owners and teams, and follow through on resolutions.
Create a narrative outlining weekly findings and variances to goals, and present these findings in a review forum.
Ideate process improvements and drive them to conclusion.

Krav

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience managing and/or coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment
Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivots, lookups, etc.)
Basic understanding of Logistics
Clear written and oral communication skills

Önskade kvalifikationer

Master's degree or equivalent in operations research, applied mathematics, theoretical computer science, or equivalent
Experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate
Ability to analyze data and notice trends
Ability to drive Customer Experience without compromising on time
