Amazon is seeking a Transportation Representative for its Network Operation Center (NOC) in Telangana, India. This role focuses on ensuring timely pick-up and delivery of freight, resolving exceptions, and analyzing network data to improve processes and customer experience. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 12-24 months of work experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Facilitate flow of information between different stakeholders (Trans Carriers/Hubs/Warehouses) and resolve any potential issues impacting customer experience and business continuity.
  • Address potential issues occurring during the lifecycle of pick-up to delivery (Inbound Operations) or freight leaving the FC to customer premises (Outbound Operations).
  • Provide timely resolution to issues by researching and querying internal tools and taking real-time decisions.
  • Ideate process improvements and drive them to conclusion.
  • Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
  • Systematically escalate problems or variance in information and data to relevant owners and teams, and follow through on resolutions.
  • Create a narrative outlining weekly findings and variances to goals, and present these findings in a review forum.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 12-24 months of work experience
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment
  • Basic understanding of Logistics
