Amazon seeks a Transportation Representative for its Network Operations Center (NOC) to manage freight pick-up and delivery, resolve exceptions, and communicate with stakeholders. This remote role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel to ensure smooth transportation operations and enhance customer experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Facilitate flow of information between different stakeholders (Trans Carriers/Hubs/Warehouses).
  • Resolve issues impacting customer experience and business continuity.
  • Address potential issues occurring during the lifecycle of pick-up to delivery (Inbound) and freight leaving FC to customer premises (Outbound).
  • Research and query internal tools to provide timely resolution.
  • Communicate findings and variances to goals in a review forum.
  • Ideate and drive process improvements.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 12-24 months of work experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment
  • Basic understanding of Logistics
  • Ability to communicate clearly in written and oral form
