I korthet

As a Transportation Representative in Amazon's Network Operation Center (NOC), you will be responsible for facilitating information flow between stakeholders, resolving transportation exceptions, and ensuring timely pick-up and delivery of freight. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to analyze data to identify trends and drive process improvements in a 24/7 environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Facilitate flow of information between different stakeholders (Trans Carriers/Hubs/Warehouses).
  • Resolve potential issues impacting customer experience and business continuity.
  • Address potential issues occurring during the lifecycle of pick-up to delivery (Inbound) and from FC to customer premises (Outbound).
  • Provide timely resolution to issues by researching internal tools and making real-time decisions.
  • Ideate process improvements and drive them to conclusion.
  • Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
  • Systematically escalate problems or variance in information and data to relevant owners and teams, and follow through on resolutions.
  • Create a narrative outlining weekly findings and variances to goals, and present them in a review forum.
  • Provide real-time customer experience by working in a 24/7 operating environment.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 12-24 months of work experience
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment
  • Basic understanding of Logistics
