As a Transportation Representative in Amazon's Network Operation Center (NOC), you will facilitate information flow between various stakeholders to resolve transportation exceptions and ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities
- Facilitate information flow between external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
- Systematically escalate problems or variances to relevant owners and teams, and follow through on resolutions.
- Create a narrative outlining weekly findings and variances to goals, and present these findings in a review forum.
- Provide real-time customer experience by addressing potential issues that impact customer experience and business continuity.
- Ideate process improvements and drive them to conclusion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 12-24 months of work experience
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment
- Basic understanding of Logistics
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and oral form
