I korthet

As a Transportation Representative in Amazon's Network Operation Center (NOC), you will facilitate information flow between various stakeholders to resolve transportation exceptions and ensure timely delivery. This role involves real-time problem-solving, data analysis, and ideating process improvements within a dynamic logistics environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Facilitate information flow between external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
  • Systematically escalate problems or variances to relevant owners and teams, and follow through on resolutions.
  • Create a narrative outlining weekly findings and variances to goals, and present these findings in a review forum.
  • Provide real-time customer experience by addressing potential issues that impact customer experience and business continuity.
  • Ideate process improvements and drive them to conclusion.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 12-24 months of work experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment
  • Basic understanding of Logistics
  • Ability to communicate clearly in written and oral form
