I korthet

This role focuses on facilitating information flow and resolving transportation exceptions within Amazon's Supply Chain network. The Transportation Representative will ensure timely pick-up and delivery of freight, manage stakeholder communication, and contribute to process improvements. A Bachelor's degree and 12-24 months of experience are required, with proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Facilitate flow of information between external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
  • Systematically escalate problems or variance in information and data to relevant owners and teams and follow through on resolutions.
  • Communicate findings and variances to goals in a review forum.
  • Provide real-time customer experience.
  • Ideate process improvements and drive them to conclusion.
  • Research and query internal tools to resolve issues.
  • Analyze data and notice trends.
  • Support Inbound and Outbound operations related to vendor/carrier/FC and FC/carrier/carrier hub relationships.
  • Address potential issues occurring during the lifecycle of freight pick-up to delivery and from FC to customer premises.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 12-24 months of work experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment
  • Basic understanding of Logistics
  • Clear written and oral communication
