Amazon is seeking a Transportation Representative for its Network Operation Center (NOC) in Andhra Pradesh, India. This remote, full-time role focuses on managing transportation execution, resolving freight exceptions, and improving operational processes. Responsibilities include communicating with internal and external stakeholders, analyzing data, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Ansvarsområden

  • Facilitate flow of information between different stakeholders (Trans Carriers/Hubs/Warehouses) and resolve issues impacting customer experience and business continuity.
  • Address potential issues occurring during the lifecycle of pick-up to delivery (Inbound Operations) or freight leaving the FC to customer premises (Outbound Operations).
  • Provide timely issue resolution by researching internal tools and making real-time decisions.
  • Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
  • Systematically escalate problems or variance in information and data to relevant owners and teams, and follow through on resolutions.
  • Create narratives outlining weekly findings and variances to goals, and present them in review forums.
  • Ideate process improvements and drive them to conclusion.
  • Provide real-time customer experience by working in a 24*7 operating environment.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 12-24 months of work experience
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment
  • Basic understanding of Logistics
