Amazon is seeking a Transportation Representative for its Network Operation Center (NOC) in Andhra Pradesh. This role involves facilitating information flow between stakeholders, resolving transportation exceptions, and contributing to process improvements. Ansvarsområden

  • Facilitate flow of information between different stakeholders (Trans Carriers/Hubs/Warehouses).
  • Resolve potential issues impacting customer experience and business continuity.
  • Address potential issues occurring during the lifecycle of pick-up to delivery (Inbound Operations).
  • Address potential issues occurring during the lifecycle of freight leaving the FC and reaching customer premises (Outbound Operations).
  • Provide timely resolution to issues by researching internal tools and making real-time decisions.
  • Ideate process improvements and drive them to conclusion.
  • Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
  • Systematically escalate problems or variance in information and data to relevant owners and teams, and follow through on resolutions.
  • Create a narrative outlining weekly findings and variances to goals, and present findings in a review forum.
  • Provide real-time customer experience.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 12-24 months of work experience
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment.
