As a Transportation Representative in Amazon's Network Operation Center (NOC), you will facilitate information flow between various stakeholders, resolve transportation exceptions, and contribute to process improvements. This role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel to ensure timely and efficient freight movement across Amazon's supply chain.
Ansvarsområden
- Facilitate flow of information between external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
- Systematically escalate problems or variance in information and data to the relevant owners and teams, and follow through on resolutions.
- Communicate findings and variances to goals in a weekly review forum.
- Provide real-time customer experience by researching and querying internal tools and making real-time decisions.
- Ideate process improvements and drive them to conclusion.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree
- 12-24 months of work experience
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment
- Basic understanding of Logistics
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and oral form
