I korthet

As a Transportation Representative in Amazon's Network Operations Center (NOC), you will facilitate information flow between stakeholders, resolve transportation exceptions, and contribute to process improvements. This remote role requires a Bachelor's degree, 12-24 months of experience, proficiency in Excel, and strong communication skills to ensure timely and efficient freight movement across Amazon's supply chain.

Ansvarsområden

  • Facilitate flow of information between external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
  • Systematically escalate problems or variance in information and data to relevant owners and teams, and follow through on resolutions.
  • Create a narrative outlining weekly findings and variances to goals, and present these findings in a review forum.
  • Provide timely resolution to issues by researching and querying internal tools.
  • Take real-time decisions to address potential issues impacting customer experience and business continuity.
  • Ideate process improvements and drive them to conclusion.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 12-24 months of work experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment
  • Basic understanding of Logistics
  • Clear communication in written and oral form
