I korthet

As a Transportation Representative in Amazon's Network Operations Center (NOC), you will facilitate the flow of information, resolve transportation exceptions, and contribute to process improvements for efficient freight movement. This role requires strong communication, analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and a basic understanding of logistics.

Ansvarsområden

  • Facilitate information flow between external stakeholders (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
  • Address potential issues impacting customer experience and business continuity in Inbound and Outbound operations.
  • Provide timely resolution to issues by researching internal tools and making real-time decisions.
  • Identify trends in network exceptions and propose process changes or automation.
  • Communicate weekly findings and variances in a review forum.
  • Ideate and drive process improvements to conclusion.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 12-24 months of work experience
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment
  • Basic understanding of Logistics
