Amazon's Last Mile learning team is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and conduct effective training programs, boosting employee competencies and enhancing workplace performance. Responsibilities include managing learning metrics, delivering various training courses, maintaining data, and partnering with operations leaders to ensure process compliance and drive business improvements.

Ansvarsområden

  • Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee their results for the assigned territory and region.
  • Manage live performance metrics end to end for the assigned territory.
  • Conduct learning sessions on new processes and BQM through ITL or digital learning.
  • Deliver various training courses as continuous learning.
  • Maintain data and analysis through reports on Excel.
  • Ensure completion of new hire training programs, coaching, and other performance improvement programs on time.
  • Partner with operations leaders to conduct station audits, check process compliance, and fix gaps immediately.
  • Identify and certify learning coaches.
  • Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance.
  • Drive Quality & Learning metrics.
  • Conduct chime sessions & classroom sessions to stakeholders.
  • Track day-to-day business metrics and plan visits to mapped stations for metric improvement.
  • Handle daily reporting's and progress updates.
  • Involve and engage with mapped LA/LGs for daily L&D activities.

Krav

  • Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience using the Training Needs Analysis process, including assessing performance gaps, analyzing learning needs, designing and developing customer-centric solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs.
