I korthet

Amazon Last Mile learning team is seeking a Training Specialist to support operations training. This role focuses on boosting employee competencies through effective training programs, indirectly enhancing workplace performance and meeting organizational goals. Responsibilities include supervising learning metrics, conducting various training sessions, and partnering with operations leaders for process compliance.

Ansvarsområden

  • Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee their results for the assigned territory and region.
  • Manage live performance metrics end to end for the assigned territory.
  • Conduct learning sessions on new processes and BQM through ITL or digital learning.
  • Deliver various training courses as continuous learning.
  • Maintain data and analysis through reports on Excel.
  • Ensure timely completion of new hire training programs, coaching, and performance improvement programs.
  • Partner with operations leaders to conduct station audits, check process compliance, and fix gaps.
  • Identify and certify learning coaches.
  • Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance.
  • Drive Quality & Learning metrics.
  • Conduct chime sessions & Class room sessions to the stakeholders.
  • Track day-to-day business metrics and plan station visits for metric improvement.
  • Perform daily reporting and progress updates.
  • Engage with mapped LA/LGs for daily L&D activities.

Krav

  • Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience using the Training Needs Analysis process, including assessing performance gaps, analyzing learning needs, designing and developing customer-centric solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs.
