Amazon Last Mile learning team is seeking a Training Specialist to support operations training. The role involves boosting employee competencies through effective training programs, enhancing workplace performance, and driving quality & learning metrics. This position requires travel and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ansvarsområden

  • Conduct chime sessions & classroom training sessions for stakeholders.
  • Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee results for the assigned territory and region.
  • Manage live performance metrics end to end for the assigned territory.
  • Deliver various training courses for continuous learning.
  • Maintain data and analysis through Excel reports.
  • Ensure completion of new hire training, coaching, and performance improvement programs.
  • Partner with operations leaders for station audits and process compliance.
  • Identify and certify learning coaches.
  • Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance.
  • Track daily business metrics and plan station visits for metric improvement.
  • Handle daily reporting and progress updates.
  • Engage with mapped employees for daily L&D activities.

Krav

  • Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience using the Training Needs Analysis process, including assessing performance gaps, analyzing learning needs, designing and developing customer-centric solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs.
