Amazon Flex is seeking an experienced Training and Quality Manager to lead its Investigation and Offboarding team. This role involves designing and delivering training programs, building quality assurance frameworks, and driving continuous improvement to ensure high standards of performance and compliance.

Ansvarsområden

Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing team members.
Develop and maintain QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Establish and monitor quality metrics and KPIs to measure case accuracy, compliance trends, and training effectiveness.
Conduct regular audits and calibration sessions to ensure consistent scoring and adherence to SOPs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps, process changes, and training needs.
Drive automation initiatives to improve audit efficiency, training delivery, and reporting.
Report on quality metrics, training effectiveness, and trends to senior leadership.
Support onboarding by creating materials, facilitating training, and ensuring readiness assessments.

Krav

1+ years of work experience
Experience developing and delivering training programs with strong analytical skills
Experience developing or managing quality assurance programs, audit frameworks, or root cause analysis to drive improvements

Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma)
Familiarity with instructional design and e-learning platforms
Bilingual (Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese, French)
