Vattenfall is seeking graduates for its International Trainee Programme, focusing on Property Development and Construction Management. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in project development, cost control, and contractor management within the sustainable energy sector.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support Construction Managers with the documentation of construction-related defects and project issues.
  • Participate in technical drawing reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements and construction standards.
  • Support real estate developers in managing construction-related matters during the feasibility study phase and early-stage project development.
  • Provide administrative support across construction and development projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to support efficient project delivery.

Krav

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Urban Development and Infrastructure, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Completed, or expect to complete, an academic degree before the programme starts in March 2027.
  • No more than one year of relevant work experience after graduation, excluding internships and working-student roles.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Available for the full-time programme from its start date.
  • Have the right to work in the country where the position is based, or meet the stated work-permit requirements.
  • Open to mobility opportunities and collaborating across different locations.
